Pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2026 assessment will be open for examination on the 6th day of October, 2026, at Town of Utica Hall, 15600 Freeman Road, Gays Mills, WI from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection, and Board of Review procedures under Wisconsin law will be available at that time.
